Terms & Conditions

1. General

1.1 These terms and conditions shall apply to all art and items purchased by a customer from Urban Art Sales and together with the order shall constitute the agreement between the customer and Urban Art Sales.

1.2 The order placed by the customer shall constitute acceptance of the conditions and any terms in any order given by the customer shall have no effect.

1.3 This Agreement shall commence on the Order Date.

2. Definitions

The following definitions apply in this agreement.

Customer: the individual or company placing the order for art and items as specified during the order process.

 

Business Day : a day other than a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday in England when banks in London are open for business.
